How to maintain the die-casting machine
The maintenance of die-casting machines is very important. Here are some basic knowledge about die-casting machine maintenance:
The hydraulic oil change cycle of die-casting machines is generally 1-2 years, mainly based on the actual monitored hydraulic oil status.
The types of lubricating oil required for die-casting machines include hydraulic oil, spindle oil, guide rail oil, heat transfer oil, plunger oil, etc.
For the maintenance of the die-casting machine, it is necessary to check the sealing of components such as solenoid valves and operation buttons, as well as a comprehensive inspection and tightening of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pipeline connection fasteners.
Thoroughly clean the equipment body at least once a month, and also replace or clean the filter element. Check whether the gap between the large rod and the guide sleeve is normal, and whether the large rod and the guide rail are tightened.
After the first start-up or major overhaul of the machine, the filter element should be cleaned and replaced, the hydraulic oil should be re filtered, the machine oil tank should be cleaned again, and then refilled.
Proper maintenance can ensure the normal operation of the die-casting machine and improve the service life of the equipment.
