2. According to the equipment requirements of CNC machining manufacturers, different performance equipment should be used for rough and fine machining. Due to the fact that the rough machining process involves cutting most parts of the blank, a large amount of internal stress is generated when the workpiece has a large feed rate and cutting depth, making it impossible to perform precision machining. When the workpiece undergoes precision machining after a certain period of time, it should be operated on a high-precision machine tool so that the workpiece can achieve high precision.
3. The processing of precision components often involves surface treatment and heat treatment processes, and surface treatment should be placed after precision machining. And in the process of precision machining, consideration should be given to leaving a thin layer thickness after surface treatment. Heat treatment is to improve the cutting performance of metals, so it needs to be carried out before machining.
